Harvey Young Pottery is located in Tochigi Prefecture, about ten minutes by car from the center of Mashiko.
Ware is available for purchase, and is on display in our workshop showroom.

You can make your purchase with your credit card. If you are a PayPal member, you may remit funds directly from your PayPal balance or linked bank account.
However, PayPal membership is NOT required for you to purchase online.

Your order and information will be confirmed with you before items are shipped, and your card will not be debited until your order is shipped.

Orders sent to destinations outside Japan will go by SURFACE CARRIER, unless requested otherwise by the purchaser. Shipping charges for all overseas orders will be paid by the customer.
Orders of at least ¥10,000 sent to destinations within Japan will be sent free of shipping charge.
Shipping charges for orders sent to destinations within Japan and priced below ¥10,000 will be paid by the customer, upon receipt of package.

My customers’ trust and satisfaction are very important to me! I do the most I can to photograph my ware so that forms, colors and textures will be represented as accurately as possible on your monitor.
Please understand, however, that the ware you choose might appear slightly differently on your own monitor, or under lighting conditions which vary from those which existed when the photo was made.
The photos shown in the REPEATABLES section of this website are meant to be representative of a particular style and color of ware produced in a series of nearly identical pieces. If you choose something from this category of ware, the piece you receive may or may not be the same piece as the one shown in the example photo. Please allow for possible small differences in color and/or shape between the pottery you receive and the pottery shown as an example in the REPEATABLES category. In OTHER ware categories, the wares pictured on the website are the same ones which will be sent to you, if chosen.
If the ware you choose from my online store is no longer available for purchase, your money will be promptly refunded, or the transaction will be voided.
I will inform you by e-mail as soon as I ship your purchase. When your ware is delivered, please provide your signature as proof of receipt.
Please decide carefully before you submit your order! Neither exchange of goods nor purchase refund is possible, with exception of cases where ware is damaged during shipment to the customer.
Please inspect the ware for damage upon delivery!
If the ware arrives damaged, please inform us as well as the carrier, so that we can begin the process of refunding your payment.
